Embed the SugarRisk prediabetes calculator

How the embed works

The widget is loaded in an <iframe> from SugarRisk.com. All calculations run in the visitor’s browser. Individual numbers (age, weight, glucose, A1C) are not sent back to a server by the tool itself.
